ERICKA MARMOLEJO, DIRECTOR

Ericka has a long record of providing quality care for families throughout the region and is proud to continue that tradition at the Aristocrat Assisted Living. After starting her career in El Paso where she learned to provide compassionate care and professional leadership for residents of an assisted living community, Ericka continues to work hard to support the family atmosphere and respect that has become a hallmark of the Aristocrat. A long-time resident of the region, she is dedicated to making every resident’s experience as personal and comfortable as possible, a philosophy that has helped the Aristocrat to be named as “The Best Assisted Living Center in Las Cruces” multiple times over the years!

LOLA WILLIAMS, ACTIVITY DIRECTOR

With over twenty years of experience as a health care professional, Lola brings a diverse background of leadership skills, therapy assistance and certified nursing assistance skills to her role as Activity Director. Lola is well known for her perpetual smile, happy spirit and interpersonal skills, which serve her well in her career. She developed a restorative program for nursing homes in 1986 that is still in use today.

KATHY BOROFF, DIRECTOR

Kathy comes to Alamogordo from Omaha, Nebraska, where she held positions as both the Executive Director and Director of Nursing at large assisted living, independent living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities. In addition to being a licensed assisted living administrator, Kathy is a Registered Nurse. She has been involved in all aspects of long-term care in a career spanning some 20 years.

CAROL SALCIDO, ACTIVITY DIRECTOR

Carol is also a native of Alamogordo. She is a CNA and says, “My love and calling is working with our elders and seeing them happy.”  She brings fun and excitement to the activity program with parties, games, outings and is ready to try new ideas that the residents suggest.

LUZ HARO, DIRECTOR

First joining the company in 1995, Luz worked her way up through the organization from her original position in housekeeping. She later became a nursing assistant before coming to The Adobe as a caregiver in 1999. Luz is a member of the New Mexico Health Care Association and earned her Associates Degrees in General Studies and Science/Respiratory Studies, which has helped her better understand how to serve the needs of her residents, providing them the best treatment possible!

JEANETTE SALAZAR, ACTIVITY DIRECTOR

As the Activity Director, Jeanette brings a smile to the face of every resident at the Adobe. Jeanette is a Certified Nursing Assistant, and was originally a caregiver at the Adobe. She soon found that her attentive and loving care made her a natural to provide fun, engaging activities for the residents. She works to provide engaging activities for all the residents throughout every month, with many opportunities for socials, outings, games, music, and so much more!
