LEVEL I
BASIC SERVICES AND AMENITIES:
MCA $3,400.00 + Tax PER MO.
- Private bedroom apartment.
- Twenty-four hour supervision in a secured building.
- Three restaurant style meals served daily; snacks available on 24 hour basis
- Daily housekeeping; clean linens and towels as often as desired.
- Transportation furnished to hospital and doctors offices.
- Personal laundry, washing and drying service.

- Our staff provides cheerful reminders for appointments, meals, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Standby supervision while resident is bathing.

LEVEL II
INTERMEDIATE CARE SERVICES:
MCB $3,600.00 + Tax PER MO.
- Preparation of special diets.
- Bathing assistance up to three times a week.
- Occasional assistance with dressing, grooming, hygiene and ambulation.
- Assistance toileting and changing adult diapers.
- Plus all of the services in Level I
LEVEL III
ADVANCED CARE SERVICES:
MCC $3,800.00 + Tax PER MO.
- Intensive incontinence care including daily bedding changes and frequent clothing changes.
- Morning & evening dressing and grooming.
- One-on-one assistance during meals.
- Assistance ambulating to meals and activities.
- Transfers.
- Bed checks every half hour (if needed) from 10 pm to 7 am.
- Plus all of the services in Levels I and II
DOUBLE OCCUPANCY RATES AVAILABLE.
Centennial Care:
Single Room $1,200.00
Semi Private Room $900.00
Short-Term Stay and Holistic Wellness Program $150 per day.
Incontinence supplies are not included in these rates.
These rates are subject to New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax.
