The Aristocrat and Adobe assisted living and memory care communities in Las Cruces and Alamogordo are part of a second-generation family owned and operated business, founded in 1970. The owners are highly experienced in the senior housing and healthcare segments in southern New Mexico, first starting in the skilled nursing facility business in 1980.

In addition to owning and operating three assisted living communities, we own Casa del Oro Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Las Cruces, which is operated by Genesis Healthcare, LLC. In 1991, we started Mountain Shadows Home Care, Inc., which is now among the largest locally owned home health care agencies in the state, serving hundreds of clients. An affiliated company operates pre-school and child development centers in Las Cruces.

The companies together employ some 500 people at several locations in Las Cruces, Alamogordo, Anthony and Deming. Our decades of experience allow us to deliver a gracious living environment and comprehensive care to our assisted living residents. This care comes with an attention to detail that only local ownership can offer.
